Massage Therapy
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been in practice since 1995. I specialize in rehabilitative massage and utilize a combination of bodywork techniques to best address individual clients' needs. I have considerable experience with clients who have special needs, including those with MS, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, repetitive stress injuries, post surgical scar tissue including C-Section scars, and more.
I am experienced with clients of all ages, including infants and children who respond well to CranioSacral Therapy. I am also certified in Prenatal Massage and work frequently with pregnancy related pain.
Therapeutic sessions may include: CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Positional Release, as well as education, stretching and wellness promotion.
